Responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets, acquire new clients, and retain existing clients. Your role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and fostering client relationships to drive growth and profitability. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives while aligning with the company's goals.  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to help them meet individual and team targets. Identify and target potential clients, industries, and market segments for new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Set and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and changes in the insurance industry to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
