Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions and Power Platform applications, with a focus on SharePoint migrations and the implementation of Framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and data, as well as strong proficiency in customization and SPFx. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential along with strong technical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions, including document libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts.
Perform SharePoint site migrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal downtime during the migration process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions that improve business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
Collaborate with other support groups across global locations to help troubleshoot client issues
Participate in Disaster recovery testing exercises
Write technical support and client documentation in form of Knowledgebase articles
Meet or exceed expected customer service levels
Other duties as assigned by the Level 2 Support Manager
Job Requirements
Details
    • Experience
      • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint development and customization, including SharePoint Online and File servers.
      • Strong experience with SharePoint migrations, including migrating from older versions or other platforms to SharePoint Online.
      • 2-3 years of experience with SPFx and Major/Minor enhancements.
    • Skills
      • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
      • Strong knowledge of SharePoint site collections, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
      • Experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages will be a plus
      • Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and connectors within Power Platform.
      • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Education
      • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
