Roles and Responsibilities


1. Helping Investor in investing in Mutual Fund Schemes and Interacting regarding scheme related information, updating about NAV, providing fund information and guidance, suggesting better investment options. Helping them to expand their portfolios.


2. Advisory Role i.e., Investment Advisor, Mutual fund investment, KYC clarification, Handling Queries and Grievance, Redemption, etc.


3. Maintain Portfolio of HNI Clients, connect with them related to SIP Schemes, Redemption, KYC Verification and queries, Investment, etc.


4. Give Information regarding current market trend and guide investors for investment procedure.


5. Connect to investors through Inbound, Outbound Calls & Emails.


Professional Skills, Criteria & Benefits :-


1. Excellent Command on English Must.
2. 12th/ HSC + 1 Year Experience in BPO Call Centre Field Will Do.
3. Graduate Fresher can also apply.
4. Candidates nearby Navi Mumbai can apply.
5. Tele calling Experience in Mutual Fund Domain is a added Advantage.
6. Opportunity to Work with Corporate Clients.
7. Get product Training, NISM & Soft Skill Training, Etc.
