Zonal Manager
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the company's operations within a designated geographical zone. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including business development, branch management, compliance, and team leadership.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth within the assigned zone, including expanding the customer base and increasing revenue. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing customer needs and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals, including branch staff and sales teams, setting performance expectations and conducting regular reviews.
