Job Description
As a Learning Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving learning and development initiatives aligned with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their training needs, design and deliver impactful learning solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of learning programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to drive a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their learning needs and priorities.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough TNA to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different functions and levels within the organization.
- Learning Program Design: Develop innovative and effective learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning modules, simulations, and other modalities, to address identified learning needs.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for employees, utilizing engaging and interactive methods to ensure maximum knowledge retention and application.
- Training Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to promote learning programs and increase employee participation and engagement.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback mechanisms, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts, vendors, and partners to leverage resources and expertise in delivering learning solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
