Job Description

:

Position Overview: The company seeking an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join our team and represent our Mumbai-based company in the Delhi area. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of designer wall panels, decorative laminates, flooring, and wallpaper to clients in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the Delhi area.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients in the target market.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.

Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to clients.

Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring profitability for the company.

Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support and address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.

Market Feedback: Gather market feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (wall panels, laminates, flooring, or wallpaper).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Delhi market and its dynamics.
Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the Delhi area.

Compensation:

Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 40,000 per month (Salary will be commensurate with experience and performance)
Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses
