Assist performing ServiceNow Pre-Sales activities that includes responses to RfX, customer requests, along with owning the estimation of efforts for the deal.
Contribute to the development of the region by working with multiple sub-regional leaders, thus ensuring business growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify the areas of improvements and align them to the overall global ways of working.
Participate in the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
Be responsible for sales enablement sessions, and ready the Demonstrations for prospective customers
Assist in building solutions and creating a standard ways of working post the build of solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on larger tenders and ensure effective solutions are produced.
. Have experience in creating solution on ITX (ITSM, ITOM & ITAM) & beyond ITX (HRSD, Sec Ops, etc.) products within ServiceNow
. Ability to work with developers to put together POC, Demo instance, Demo and also assist in preparing presentation material.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in Pre-sales and sales enablement
Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
CSA, CAD, Micro-certifications, Sales & Pre-Sales accreditations are a must
