Job Description

Responsible for achieving the desired production targets && daily reviewing of production.
To increase productivity by doing continuous improvements through Cycle time study, operator
flow chart && process capability.
Responsible for shop floor development through concept utilization of 5S, Kaizen, Visual
control.
To maintain QCDS.
Implementation Poke yoke, kaizen for non conformance.
Working as Senior Engineer looking after production of products and my basic responsibilities
are to facilitate production, analyze capacity issues.
Responsible for re-covering losses by making effective plans && their implementations for
achieving the Lead time.
To keep record && maintain optimal utilization of consumable items.
To plan && provide regular training to Associate && Supervisor to aware them with Customer
Requirements regarding quality, Delivery && safety issues.
Manage all communications with supervisors and Ensure Efficiency of all Machining process and
resolve all issues of processes.
Responsible for analyzing all root causes related to production, Quality && Delivery issues && by
resolving the same by implementing all new process, Scheduling, flow chart of process, poke
yoke to make profit.
To prepare and execute the production plan on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
To organize for all input materials orders well in time.
To ensure conformance to delivery commitment and Customer orders on priorities.
Coordination with different departments within the company to achieve customer and
company master schedule milestones.
Ensuring implementation of adequate safety measures to ensure accident-free operations of
the plants.
Focusing on areas like cost reduction && improvement of Productivity.
Implementing the Concept of "Defect Free Process" by Heijunka.
Hands on experience in managing the entire process of production involving planning
schedules, deploying manpower && acquiring materials for timely completion of production
targets.
Achieving production targets by making effective loading plan on different machines.
To validate && qualify all production, Make report daily production plan execution.
Hourly production monitoring && daily record of production && production losses.
Handling the Manpower.
Material Arrangement.
To Achieve the target to Operators.
Daily rejection analysis on the shop floor. Record of rejection && rework rate.
To maintain raw material as well as in process in-process inventory details.

To ensure 1st pc approval before production && in process inspection as per control plan.
To maintain the record of Tools, Die, Gauges, Jigs && fixture including their maintenance
schedule.
To provide product and process related training to workers && sub-ordinates.
Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production targets.
Daily attained morning meeting of line leaders. Make operator observation plan && observation
record.
