Job Description
- Implementation of Production Plan as per schedule for Plastic Containers, Sheet Metal Containers and Offset Printing.
- QA for Raw materials, in-process and finished product.
- Strict implementation of Preventive Maintenance. Close coordination with mechanical and electrical maintenance departments.
- To Co-ordinate with the store for on time requisition of material as required.
- To check online quality control and record any quality issues online for immediate rectification to avoid loss to the Company.
- To control the scrap generation on line.
- Coordination of Plant HR functions.
- Coordination of Plant Admin functions.
- Coordinate with the customer to fulfill the QA norms and whenever require attend the complaint calls.
- Maintain the NCR / CAPA Report.
- To Co-ordinate with customer for material supply.
- Maintain cost effective production process.
- Involvement and coordination for ISO 9001 proper implementation and audit.

Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
(a) Should possess sound knowledge of Injection Moulding Maintenance.
(b) Should possess sound knowledge of Utility Maintenance.
(c) Should have handled a team of around 20 ~ 25 people
(d) Should have experience of around 10+ years in manufacturing line
(e) Should understand Sheet Metal Stamping process.
(f) Should have idea of Dies, Press M/c and their Maintenance.
(g) Should be able to handle new machine installation plan and execution of same
(h) Idea of Body Maker and Automatic Seamers will be added advantage
(i) Person from Automotive industry or packaging industry will be preferred
(j) Act with customers (internal and external) in mind; dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all contacts involved in meeting the customer needs.
