Job Description

Assistant Manager-QA/QC -Plastic Injection Moulding

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Process

Excellence, Project Execution across Plastic Injection Moulding .in

Candidate should have knowledge of Plastic moulded products

Check limit sample on every day and verify Work instruction && OPL on every machine

Abnormal handling to be maintain

Process and product audit as per given plan

Counter measure implementation in case of concern in parts at moulding stage.

Final inspection as per quality standard of outgoing materials.

Verify FPA/LPA on daily Basis.

Take corrective and preventive action as per reported complain

Preparing, Process Validation, 8D Reports, MIS, PFEMA, && PPAP docs. as per plan && Record.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have 8- 12 years Experience in Injection Moulding .

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
