    • Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
    • Manage reservations and bookings, and ensure that guest information is accurate and up-to-date
    • Handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily transactions
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely manner
    • Manage inventory and supplies for the front desk area
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
    • Follow company procedures for security, health and safety, and emergency situations
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
