Undertake routine reception duties, answering routine telephone and enquires and signing in visitors.
Provide routine clerical support ie. Photocopying, filing, faxing and emailing.
Manage printing needs, business cards & placing orders for Mineral water etc.,
Manage Office courier and packages along with Incoming and outgoing material/ courier registers.
Maintain Visitors record.
Maintain Staff Outgoing register.
Bank Correspondence ie opening of employee bank account, D.D etc.,
Maintaining attendance register ie employees to be reminded to sign the register & marking leaves.
Maintain register for calls not attended / missed by concerned department and leave note and parallely maintain all the outgoing calls.
Co ordinate with Admin and Accounts department.
Processes attendance cards, calculating and generating the data from the attendance system software.
