We are currently hiring for a Technical Support Executive position. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in technical support and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Android apps (crashes, installation, login issues, etc.)
• Communicate with users via email, chat, and phone
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams
• Document solutions in a knowledge base


What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk roles
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Comfortable with night shifts (US hours)
• Graduate in any discipline with valid documentation
