Job Responsibilities Assist in adding, updating, and maintaining product listings on the e-commerce platform(Flipkart) Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and prices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and promotions. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Participate in order processing, shipping coordination, and returns handling. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking activities. Support the creation of engaging online content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters. Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide insights for continuous improvement. Learn and adapt to various e-commerce tools, platforms, and software. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related. field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and online shopping trends. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
