Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive with expertise in the infrastructure project sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, and infrastructure development, and a proven track record of success in business development and sales. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure project sector through market research, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business development goals and objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery and repeat business. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including regular communication with clients and monitoring of project progress. Monitor. industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform business development strategies and tactics. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field - preferably engineering background. 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales in the infrastructure project sector. Strong understanding of project management and infrastructure development. Proven track record of success in business development and sales, including lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
