Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
