Job Description

• Design, deploy, and manage virtualized Windows servers using VMWare technology
• Monitor server performance, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Implement and maintain security protocols for Windows servers and virtual machines
• Install and configure software applications and updates
• Perform routine backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with other IT staff and business stakeholders to ensure server infrastructure is meeting the needs of the organization
• Provide end-user support for Windows server-related issues as needed
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
