Description: The Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the organization by ensuring effective execution of processes, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support the business in achieving its operational goals.

Requirements:Operational Oversight:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and quality standards, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of Lead/Sr. Lead
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Oversee shift scheduling, resource allocation, and workload management to meet business needs.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for staff development.
Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes, suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality output from the team.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and driving process improvements
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
- Handle escalations from clients or internal stakeholders, providing prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with business objectives.
- Provide support in maintaining customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents or breaches, if any.
Job Responsibilities: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a high-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ready to Work in a 24X7 Environment
- Strong English Written and Oral (At least C1)
