We are looking for a driven Artist Manager to play a dual role in managing music talent and expanding business opportunities. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with musicians, bands, and event partners while driving new collaborations, partnerships, and revenue streams. This role blends passion for music with strategic thinking, requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with artists, musicians, composers, and bands to support their growth and ensure smooth execution of music events
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels in the music and live event space
- Coordinate music event logistics including rehearsals, recordings, tours, and performances
- Assist in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project planning for music shows and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost artist branding, audience engagement, and event promotions
- Analyze market trends, streaming data, and audience behavior to inform artist development and business strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in artist management, business development, or music event operations
- Strong understanding of the music industry, event execution, and partnership building
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for music, creativity, and growth-driven thinking
