JOB DESCRIPTION: At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for an Associate Architect / Architect / Senior Architect / Group Architect / Director of Architecture for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office. Career growth would be in the form of individuals moving from architecture/design to management and leadership roles. You will be responsible for technical designs. of product features and integrations between various internal or external systems and also designing the solutions considering the stability, scale and performance aspects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for design and development of high end, robust, scalable products that disrupt the market You will do core product architecture for that specific product besides functional user stories Writing Technical specifications and enabling developers to stick to the design Code reviews to make sure quality code is delivered. Fill the gaps in product by building/enabling various development processes and tools wherever applicable. Evolution into an Architect / Senior Architect/leadership team and beyond based on ones ability to demonstrate very strong technical expertise and project & people management skills Manage and groom teams for a high-performance culture and be a champion of HighRadius core values. R&D /POCs of new age requirements SKILLS: Experience Range: 8 to 20 Years Role: final role will depend on the candidates experience and credentials Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.S/M.E/M.Tech Technology Stack: Java, Spring, Springboot Framework, Hibernate, MySQL/Oracle/any database, Cloud Exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) Location: Hyderabad
