Role purpose:
The role will be responsible for design, create, changes of SuccessFactors Reports (All types Table, Canvas, Dashboards and Story). The Role would also require understanding the data insights of HR Domain (All modules like T&A, EC, Talent & Succession, PD, RCM , OFB/ONB etc) processes to cater to Business requirements and Dashboards requirement mapping.
