Provide voice based support to international customers.
Handle and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Adhere to process requirements and achieve performance targets

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Comfortable to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable to work from office for the first three months
