Job Description

Role & responsibilities :-

This role involves overseeing all phases of a project, from initial development and engineering to construction and operational maintenance. They also need to balance the demands of worker safety, financial success, and project efficiency.

• Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, overseeing the implementation of the project plan, and ensuring it stays on track.
• Resource Management: Managing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project, such as delays, cost overruns, or safety hazards.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all project activities meet the required quality standards and that the final product is functional and reliable.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Technical Knowledge:A strong understanding of hydropower engineering, construction, and operation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having technical background in Blasting will be preferred.
