This is not a typical post-retirement advisory position.
This role is designed for execution leaders who want to stay relevant, build, and lead projects end-to-end with real authority, accountability, and performance-linked upside.
You will act as the execution backbone for projects delivered through subcontractors and JV partners.
Role Objective
To lead and own end-to-end project execution, while leveraging your network to enable project acquisition, contractor alignment, and JV structuring.
What Youll Be Responsible For
1. End-to-End Project Execution (Core Responsibility)
Take full ownership of execution through subcontractors / JV partners
Ensure delivery on time, cost, and quality parameters
Drive coordination across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Anticipate and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively.
2. Contractor & Ecosystem Management
Identify, onboard, and manage reliable subcontractors
Ensure mobilization, performance, and accountability
Build a trusted execution ecosystem
3. JV Structuring & Deal Execution
Structure and finalize Joint Ventures / strategic partnerships
Lead MoU drafting, commercial alignment, and risk-sharing frameworks
Ensure clarity in scope, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Compliance & Performance Monitoring
Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
Track milestones, enforce accountability, and conduct reviews
Maintain execution discipline across all stakeholders
5. Business Development (Leverage Your Network)
Use your industry relationships to identify opportunities
Enable contractor/JV alignment for new projects
Support project acquisition through credibility and connections.
