Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area, MBA is plus.
- Extensive experience in Digital Marketing with Certification/Degree in Digital Marketing.
- 3+ years of Marketing experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends & techniques in Digital Marketing domains such as Content generation, marketing, and utilization via different channels, Social media organic & Paid marketing, SEO & SEM, and Email marketing with an innovative approach for Digital Marketing Strategies, etc.
- Information Technology marketing exposure preferred.
- Rich experience in ERP, CRM & Digital transformation marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Understand brand values, objectives, and goals to devise well-articulated communication across requirements and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales team and delivery team to create marketing content that will enable the sales team to sell out-of-box solutions.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Ensure timely delivery of content like Blogs, Newsletter, Press Releases, Case Studies, PPTs etc by coordinating with the content writer & graphic designer.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and understand many company offerings, value addition and ideation with respect to creating usable marketing content.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption, mainly idea to expand our services across continents and target more clients.
- Identify trends, optimize spending & performance based on the insights and brainstorm new & creative growth strategies.
- Creating presentations & other sales collateral for sales reps to use with prospects.
- Provide primary and secondary research to the sales and delivery team, research our market's consumer preferences.
- Lead generation using different ideas and campaigns.
