Job Description

Assess the organization's readiness for change and identify potential barriers to successful implementation
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Engage and communicate with stakeholders to understand their perspectives and address concerns
Develop and deliver training and communications plans to support change adoption
Design and facilitate workshops and focus groups to engage stakeholders and build momentum for change
Develop metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives
Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and project teams to ensure successful and sustainable change
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
