Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage project delivery teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruptions during project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, IT staff, and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Job Requirements :

5-12 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., project management).
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
