Job Description- A Remote Support Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance to end-users and customers remotely, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, ensuring smooth operation of systems and maximizing customer satisfaction

Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, utilizing remote access software and communication tools.
Assist with software installations, upgrades, configurations, and hardware troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear instructions and updates on issue resolution.
Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Utilize remote desktop software to access and control customer systems for troubleshooting and support
Provide training and guidance to end-users on using software and hardware.
Familiarity with remote access software and tools.
Experience with using and managing ticketing systems
