Job Description

As an Associate Architect, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. This role involves managing resources, driving process improvements, fostering innovation, and contributing to the professional growth of team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
10-14 years of development and management experience in the gaming and casino domain.
Extensive experience in casino gaming, including slots, table games, crash games, RGS (Remote Game Server), and game development.
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable solutions.
Proficiency in resource optimization strategies and cost management.
Strong experience with tools and technologies relevant to gaming and enterprise solutions.
Proven ability to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve processes.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Strong mentoring skills, with the ability to develop technical talent within teams.
Effective delegation, timely feedback, and performance management capabilities.
Exceptional client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Experience in resolving escalations and addressing client feedback proactively.
Ability to deliver detailed and actionable meeting summaries and follow-ups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
