Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in SAP system monitoring, user administration, and daily health checks
Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.)
Learn and help manage SAP transport management system
Assist in user and role management via SAP Security (SU01, PFCG, etc.)
Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues
Understand and follow IT compliance and security policies
Work closely with senior team members on ticket resolution and documentation
