Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as the Head of Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible. for leading and overseeing our digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on campaign management and lead generation. You will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence, optimizing digital campaigns, and generating high-quality leads to support our business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize marketing activities. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified traffic, increase conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience. Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to implement lead nurturing and scoring programs for effective lead management. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs to achieve maximum return on investment. Implement effective tracking and reporting systems to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Stay informed about the competitive landscape, conduct market research, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in campaign management and lead generation. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that have resulted in business growth and lead generation. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead management and nurturing. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and KPIs. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
