Software Engineer, AI/ML @ Genesys

Job Description

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 2+ years industry experience with product development.
• Solid expertise in Python/Java programming, and a solid understanding of OOPs and Software Engineering principles.
• Exposure to the R&D of AI/ML models, and experience with conducting experimentation, algorithmic exploration and result analysis.
• Exposure to NLP/Vision ML problems and experience with Deep Learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch or HuggingFace.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in designing and implementing REST APIs using frameworks like Flask.
• Interested in analysing and solving performance issues at scale with requisite experience.
• Keen to explore new algorithms, new application areas and new tools.
• Possessing strong interpersonal and effective communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear & concise way to different audiences.
• A team player with good work ethics.

• Exposure to AWS/Azure services and a good understanding of Cloud development fundamentals
• Exposure to managing SaaS infrastructure
