Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting and Persuading: Initiating phone calls to potential customers, presenting products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase.

• Handling Inquiries: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to products or services.
• Closing Sales: Working to close sales deals and secure orders.
• Relationship Building: Maintaining good customer relationships and fostering repeat business.
• Data Management: Entering and updating customer information in the database.
• Reporting: Tracking sales, documenting calls, and preparing sales reports.
