Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide information about products/services and generate interest.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the database.
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Education Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
• Graduation is an added advantage
