Job Description

Learns the trade and workflow of the supported organization.
  • Adapts learning to independently prepare common deliverables needed for business effectiveness.
  • Connects business data elements and articulate impact to variations found in metrics.
  • Demonstrates a complete knowledge base of insight to their supported organization by anticipating potential business issues before realized.
  • Influences needed decisions to allow for near and long-term resolution to challenges and opportunities presented in the business.

  • Creates accurate and timely financial and operational models and reports that support the basic business needs of the supported organization.
  • Recommends areas for improvement in all elements of the supported business.
  • Represents the organization in at least one to two areas of subject matter expertise, to include but not limited to, Clarity, SNOW, Power BI, Staffing Models.
  • Projects business risk and opportunities to supported area management; Takes timely action accordingly.
  • Leads key projects of business importance.
  • Works well outside the organization representing business issues and solutions with relative ease.
  • Creates functional project scopes based on current methodology.
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
  • Documents business requirements.
  • Qualifications. Academic and Professional Qualifications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent/years of experience required.
  • Experience. 2-4 years relevant work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PC skills including spreadsheet, all Microsoft Office Suite applications and database applications.
