Position: Business Development Executive


Department: Sales/Business Development


Reports To: Business Head


Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to expand the companys customer base and market presence.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role

  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social selling techniques.
  • Familiarity with the companys industry
