Job Description:

We are hiring Generative AI Developers with 13 years of experience to work on cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team building real-time applications using Python, LLMs, LangChain, and vector databases for tasks like chatbots, text summarization, and semantic search.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based AI pipelines using LangChain, Langraph, or similar frameworks.
  
• Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs).
  
• Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Faiss) to enable semantic search.
  
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
  
• Build and deploy prototypes using Streamlit, Gradio, or equivalent tools.
  
• Collaborate with team members on code reviews, documentation, and production deployments.
  
• Monitor model performance and optimize based on user feedback and metrics.
  

Requirements

• 13 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  
• Exposure to GenAI, NLP, or machine learning concepts.
  
• Experience working on LLM-related projects (professional or personal).
  
• Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  
• Familiarity with AI tools or frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, or ChatGPT.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with AutoGen, Crew AI, or other agentic frameworks.
  
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps for AI deployment.
  
• Understanding of front-end technologies (for UI integration).
