Job Description:

IndiaFilings is Indias premier online platform for startups and SMEs. We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager/Sales Gm to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and experience in B2B consultative selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for services such as GST, company registration, income tax filings, etc.
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivate the team for high output.
  • Monitor CRM tools, lead funnels, and daily productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Generate reports for senior management and suggest sales process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:


Minimum 4 years of sales experience (preferably in fintech, legal-tech, or BPO sales)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools.
Fluent in English, Hindi,
