Job Description

We are hiring for one of our clients. Experience: 10-12 Years What would you do IT and Information Security Strategy and Expansion: You will drive the strategic design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our Network Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT, and other critical systems, focusing on scalability, emerging technologies, technical excellence, consistent system performance, and reliability. Seamless Operational Execution: Create and maintain a robust process to ease day-to-day operations, including (but not limited to) IT and network support, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, monitoring security systems, and incident reporting. You shall be required to achieve this by setting up and tracking quality and performance metrics and being accountable for an excellent execution. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to facilitate annual audits, ensure compliance with statutory. requirements, and address any audit findings or recommendations. Team Builder and Leader: As your team grows, you would wear the hats of a mentor, a coach, an educator, and a leader for all stakeholders (including your team, partners, clients, and leadership) throughout your journey. You may be directly engaged in recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and addressing problems. You are someone with: 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, Network Architecture, System Administration, and Information Security with 3+ years in a senior Leadership role, and are looking for a long-term association. Familiarity with the US Healthcare-related guidelines and information security regulations is a strong advantage. A comprehensive understanding of IT processes, including ITIL framework, risk management, and compliances. Proven team-oriented leadership and hands-on capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members. Excellent written and oral English communication. You shall be reading, writing, analysing, interpreting, negotiating and presenting business correspondence with groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders. Sharp attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time, resources, teams and budgets effectively and efficiently. Analytical skills, ownership-driven, results-oriented, compliance-minded, and have a problem-solving and calculative aptitude.
