Job Title: Relationship Manager
CTC: 2 to 4.5 LPA (plus attractive incentives)

Additional Benefits:
Travel Allowance: 150 - 250 per visit
Work Schedule: Fixed working on Saturday & Sunday, with 1 weekly off on any other weekday (6-day working)

Job Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and competitive Relationship Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing client relationships, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned business targets for Annualized New Premium (ANP) and case count.
  • Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, natural markets, and the orphan customer base.
  • Conduct need analysis and explain product offerings to potential clients.
  • Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
  • Upsell & cross-sell products to the allocated customer base.
  • Ensure timely issuance of policies and resolve pending cases.
  • Provide prompt post-sales service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engage with customers regularly to enhance persistency ratios.
  • Strategize and collaborate with supervisors to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with supervisors when required.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Research market trends and analyze competition.
  • Maintain and expand the client database in the assigned territory.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in insurance, banking, or DSAs (preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing sales data.
  • Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
