Role Highlights:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance sales
Preferred age: Below 35 years
Industry backgrounds: Banca | Direct | Agency

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Life Insurance sales targets via distribution channels
Collaborate with Motor & Health RMs to grow Life Insurance business
Reconnect with ex-RMs and partners for business opportunities
Support partners in client meetings and closures
Conduct daily call-a-thons to activate leads
Run contests & initiatives among partners and cross-functional teams
Train and motivate partners and RMs
Maintain and share daily activity reports
