Achieve sales target through distribution sales
Build relationships with Motor & Life RMs Drive Health Insurance business to their partners
Meet & greet ex-RMs & partners
Support partners for closures / client meetings
Daily callathons to reach out to probable partner leads from Motor & Life
Drive contests & other initiatives to partners & cross RMs
Motivate & train RMs & partners for Health business
Maintain daily records & update to supervisor What Were Looking For :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance sales
Strong relationship-building & field sales skills
