3)Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect & analyze resumes, make a first call, and shortlist candidates .
4)Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments, and advance them to the next levels
5)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
6)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 7)Candidate should be target oriented
