As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and duties including, but not limited to:
1. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets while managing leads to closure ratio effectively. You will monitor and coordinate with the Tele-calling team to ensure they maximize productivity from the data assigned, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
2. Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for the operational processes and coordination of subscriptions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
3. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, with a focus on client acquisition, retention, and lead nurturing. Building rapport and trust with clients is essential.
4. Educational Outreach: Organize and execute seminars, workshops (webinar or on-location), and other educational events to engage and educate potential clients.
5. Competition Mapping: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, providing regular sales reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Manage outreach activities, including workshops and webinars and pre-sales processes to ensure individual targets for each product are achieved as per timelines.
Experience: 2-3 years of B2C sales experience with a minimum ticket size of 20k+ products and excellent communication skills
