Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Taking care of collection and recovery in cross sell portfolio.

2. Handling Agency on Allocated Pool of Collection portfolio.

3. Updating visit trails and money collection details on Mobile App & Vendor mobile app. 100%% visit on High POS cases and tracking asset utilization and availability.

4. Managing daily and weekly targets as to facilitate the monthly targets.

5. Ensuring adherence to processes, compliance and audit related activities.

6. No delay in deposition. Fraud cases to be highlighted on a timely basis to FCU team

Preferred candidate profile

1. Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner.

2. Responsible for Effective Cost Management Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Graduate 3 - 4 yrs experience in Personal loan or consumer durable or any collections product.

2. Good communication and pleasing personality.

3. High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
