Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales through direct engagement with stockists.
Build and lead a high-performing field sales team.
Strengthen market presence and implement growth strategies.
Develop new markets and manage distribution efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
4 to 8 years in Pharma sales
Prior experience in handling Direct to Stockist model is a strong plus
Strong regional market knowledge and dealer network
