- Can be stretched up to 7.5 LPA for exceptional candidates
Role Overview:
The Area Manager will be based at the HDFC Bank Tele-Sales floor and will handle NRI clients through virtual platforms. The role involves converting leads shared by HDFC NR Relationship Managers and driving business closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales process for NRI clients (virtual engagement)
- Convert leads generated by HDFC Bank NR RMs
- Build strong virtual client relationships with overseas customers
- Address client queries related to Global Taxation and NRI requirements
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality communication and professional presentation
Candidate Requirements:
- 28 years of experience in Life insurance banca and HNI OR NRI client sales (Banking / Insurance)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Global Taxation & overseas client handling (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and close deals
