Job Description
- Develop, Implement Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Make and Execute Biz Plans
- Understanding of Market dynamics of the Customer needs & Industry Trends
- Lead & Motivate a Team of Sales Experts
- Identify prospective potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailor-made solutions.
- Conduct market Research and Analysis to identify trends, and demands and carry out competition analysis
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of Sales contracts, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Support sales initiatives through marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, KRAs, and Targets and take corrective action as and when needed
