Designation: Executive Assistant
Location: Delhi
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for arranging and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, scheduling meeting rooms, and ensuring necessary materials or presentations are ready.
2. Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing events.
3. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Director.
4. Draft or review correspondence, prepare reports, and create presentations.
5. Ensure effective and timely communication between the executive and other team members, clients, or business partners.
6. Responsible for managing confidential and sensitive information, such as financial documents or legal contracts.
7. Should be proficient in using office software and tools to create and manage documents efficiently.
8. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Assist in managing specific projects or initiatives, including coordinating project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
10. Handle various ad hoc tasks as assigned by the executive, which may include personal errands, event planning, expense tracking, and budget management.
11. Candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a high level of discretion and professionalism
