Urgently Hiring For DSA Manager For Leading Housing Finance Company - Jaipur
Designation: DSA Manager
Location: Jaipur
Ctc - 5 Lacs to 7 Lacs
Experience Required: The candidate must be working in NBFC - Housing Finance company
Candidate must be managing the DSA Channel
Responsibility:
1. Meeting business targets.
2. Managing channel partners, generating business volumes, attending business leads
3. Monthly reporting of proposals pending for processing and other issue
4. Mentor and develop a direct team by, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, building of an effective team dynamic.
5. Business development for home loan and LAP, and recruitment and training of DSAs and generating business
